Water Parks Closing Schedules?

I want to work out if TL will be open in November 2019 when we visit.
It is open November this year and has been the past 4 years.

I wonder does this mean it will be open in November 2019 or is there any pattern?

I know Blizzard Beach is closed from 27/10/18 so it would make sense that TL will be closed next year as they close each water park alternatively.

For the last 4 years it has been Blizzard Beach closed first. But it doesn't mean that is set in stone. They could change it as you can see they have done in the past.
