Help, trying to book DC with Fairfx card
I thought it would be cheaper to use my Fairfx card to book DC as their website charges in dollars but it keeps saying that the card has not been accepted, am I right in thinking that I should be able to use it or am I missing something, any help would be much appreciated

I have used our Fairfx a few times times for internet bookings in the USA without a problem. Does the DC website offer the option of Debit or Credit Card? If so, most times I have used the Credit Card option which seems to work fine.

A Fairfx (or any other currency card) is regarded as a credit card with a nil limit by the US banking system. So choose CREDIT card on the DC site.

Hi Jubu,
Sorry we have only just spotted this, I hope you managed to make your booking. Geoffa and Tonymc are correct often it will work if you declare it as a credit card. Thanks for the help guys. Rob |
