Thank you, maybe they are a 3rd party from what Andy said, and maybe I was put through to a bereavement team, I'm not really sure, but the lady who dealt with me was excellent,

Apologies for jumping on this thread but I have had a nightmare with this this morning, basically I've accepted that the revised cost is going to be higher but I've been passed around being told I can't cancel my existing booking.

But don't worry they are keen to book another! ! ! ! that really would me up.

Eventually got through to someone that has tried to help, she has sent details of cancellation and highlighted I should get a refund in 3/4 days

I've followed up with an email on there site to confirm conversation but I am concerned that I may not get the money back.

Annoying as all I wanted to really do was shift the booking from Saturday to next Wednesday - it shouldn't be science!
