Yeah,

We've now even got through to the airport and they won't can't cancel - as you've had, they are locked. So I have two stranded cars and may have to just book two new ones.

I can't believe that no one can help us.

This is a nightmare!

I managed to amend my booking on Wednesday, I moved the date from this Sunday to next Thursday and got a small refund. I tried my reservation number in the new site but it didn't recognise it. It did however say it was because I'd booked via the old Brits site, for which it gave a link. I followed this and amended the booking.

Yeah, I'm looking at a loss on �493 on one car and a rebook of �759, I can get onto the website but as I have done the skip the counter it is not letting me modify there is a completely different number at the top to call.

I was wondering about insurance, I have a years policy, if I try with that would I require then a new policy as I'd claimed on the old?

and then there's the second car!

At the moment I am in the - never hire from Alamo again mood!

Thank you! When I go to it I can either cancel or modify it but when I click modify it tries to charge me for a whole new booking.

Looks like I can cancel but I've just checked and to get same car it's �200 more now
