Just wanted to tell my fellow dibbers of the amazing customer service that I received from Andy @ DFCH. With trying to rearrange a DIY holiday because of the hurricane we have had so many headaches except from here. Sent Andy can email late last night and I had a new booking within an hour. Now that's what I call amazing customer service. I know where I will be booking my car hire in the future. Thank you Andy for taking the stress out of this for me. Tracy

I second that, whilst Alamo brits has caused me a nightmare - that continues, Andy has been great at helping us get a new booking and limiting our loses.

I completely agree! Alamo Brits were an absolute headache and I'm still not sure how to modify to be honest. But Andy did us an amazing deal meaning we lost very little money. I'm so grateful - and very loyal, that's my go-to for cars from here on in! Thanks Andy

Been booking with Alamo Bits for years, but sounds like the new web page is a nightmare, can you tell me if I get the same uses as the Brits site? skip the line, insurances etc. please.

Hi,
Yes. Same as Alamo Brits with the exception of the drivers. I have the 1 and 4 driver packages. The 4 driver package also comes with a full tank of fuel. I don't have the 2 driver package.

It depends. Sometimes my 4 driver package is cheaper than Alamo's 2 driver package... not sure if that'll be the case for three week bookings but if you drop me a quick email in November (prices tend to be released 11 months in advance). I'll take a look and see if theres anything I can do.
