Additional driver

I have booked a SUV with National(Alamo) at Sandford, with one extra driver will I be able to go straight to the garage to pick up my car and give the guy at the exit the additional drivers details or will I have to go to the desk first.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

They don't do 'skip the counter' at Sanford. You'll have to go to the desk, not normally too busy though, do OLCI before you go to speed things up.

Or the automated kiosks on the rare occasion that the desk is busy.

OP. When you do online check in enter the second drivers details then. Speeds up the process when you arrive be that Orlando or Sanford.

I tried calling National to try to do OLCI but was told that because I have booked with third part (Zest) I cannot do OLCI I will have to go to the desk, which if its not too busy I will have no problem with.

Alamo / National Staff will always tell you you can't do the OLCI in through 3rd parties... They're wrong. Many thousands of customers every day do it.

Providing you're on about Alamo and not National, just head to alamo/en_US/car-rental/checkin.html

Link somewhere underneath the flight info that asks for the additional drivers details. Once you have that completed print off the confirmation and you're sorted.
