They posted me an invoice which on the front page says nothing to pay but on the back states $258 for fuel which has already been taken from my credit card.

I know that's what I thought. It was a suburban and they've charged us $9.990 per gallon with 6.5% tax added. It was costing us roughly $50 to fill up from the same level. I wouldn't mind but we originally asked for pre-paid fuel as we knew we wanted it but they gave us it free as we had a 2 hour wait for the car.
