OP. I checked my dates for Oct/Nov. Some good prices I must say and that includes all the car rental agencies not just Budget.
First thing. Look for the 'specials' I spotted an Intermediate with Budget that was giving 3 extra drivers and bring back empty of fuel cheaper than the Intermediate with only 1 driver and bring back full of fuel! As I thought, with Auto Europe everything is included. The Insurances are as per the norm. If you open the 'zero excess package' tab then open the 'your rental from Budget includes' tab you get this:- Appropriate local sales taxes at the appropriate rate(s) in force. ALI (Additional Liability Insurance). Taxes, Fees & Surcharges. Rental includes Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) with a ZERO excess. The primary driver must present at least one valid credit card (not a debit card), issued in their name, upon pick up. The credit card is required as a security deposit and the amount will be held by the rental car company. Administration Fee. All additional drivers age 25 and over. Initial tank of fuel. Airport Surcharge. Energy Recovery Fee: Included in rates . State Surcharge: Included in rates . State Sales Tax:Included in rates (varies by state). Will still apply to any local charges. Unlimited miles. Credit Card Block: USD 300.00 will be blocked on the client's credit card at time of pick up. The bits I have put in bold are the normal charges by all decent rental companies. So - Good to go.

Never go with Alamo UK direct unless you get a good Quidco cashback and have a decent promo code. The other 3rd party sites will beat them on price 99% of the time.
