August is too early , I agree its not fair to have to leave early , you just have to plan round it now .
its one of the reasons I may not visit again , everything seems to be extra now , it costs enough without the extras

It comes down to 3 Fridays and one Tuesday - out of 31 days in August. Not too hard to plan around.

Guess what... I saw Christmas cards in a shop yesterday. Its ridiculous, gets earlier and earlier every year. 😉

Joking aside, it doesn't bother me. If there is demand for a premium product, then Disney will do it. It's not like there are not alternatives if you don't want to pay for the party. 🎃 Happy Halloween everyone.

LOL me too - Xmas cards, Xmas chocolate all coming out now - I just don't buy any til Dec.

Supply and demand has turned on it's head - used to be driven by demand, but nowadays supply seems to feed some weird nesting/gathering instinct. (like my mum says - "oh the Christmas cards are out... must buy some..." ...noooooooooooooooo...)

Sorry have to disagree. I was gutted last year in August when we missed out on the MNSHP by two days. We can’t go in October due to school. So a chance to see it would be amazing.
There aren’t that many dates in August so you if someone hasn’t got tickets you could plan to go to a different park that day so you won’t miss out on hours.

Thanks... You've just proved my point in a similar thread. 🎃

I think August is too early. It’s quiet clear they are doing this to fill up the park during the off peak season (13/8 onwards)

Surely they could think of another party idea for the period mid-August to end of September?

Why would they when there is already demand for this one?

There would be massive demand for any type of party at MK, they could leave the Halloween one until closer to October

But setting up a new one would make them less profit, so unlikely to happen. They already have MNSSHP in the bag. Extending it is easy. It still wouldn't appease the OP as there would still be early closures.
