Universal Electronic Pick Up

I have purchased the universal tickets via their web site and have opted for the electronic pick up. Has anyone done this before and if so are the queues for it ok?

Far faster than going to one of the kiosks, last time it was a walk-up. Just remember to take your card and confirmation number.

I was worried about doing this but it was very easy. There was no line when I got there at aprox 9am. Kiosks were on the left hand side just prior to the gates. As the poster above said remember your credit card that you booked it with and your ref number and your info pops up and you are issued with real tickets. Great

Agreed with both of the above. A great system and no queue when we went to pick up at 9.30am when visiting Universal.

Yes its very easy to use. There are lots of booths and make sure you check round the corners because some of the booths are out of view and you could end up in a queue for no reason

Electronic pickup is very easy, we've not found queues as there are several machines. You just need to swipe your credit card, enter the confirmation number and the tickets will print. If you have any problems or machines don't work Guest Relations can issue tickets too.

We're doing this for the first time too - thanks for the original post and the subsequent re-assurance and advice.
