It's a bit baffling...

... And i have asked before but i'm ready to book now and still a bit clueless.
We are going for 16 days and i want tickets for all the main parks and Universal, Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach, Seaworld and Legoland.

We won't be hopping i don't think although it might be nice to be able to enter the same park after a break during the day and also be able to visit it again later in the holiday?

Can someone offer advice on the best deal?

We have a child in receipt of DLA, i believe therefore i can get into Seaworld for free as his carer but have to do this there? Don't think any other parks offer it though?

Many thanks xx

Hi
It seems to me your best option is to buy the 14 day Disney ultimate ticket (14 days unlimited admission to all 6 Disney parks) and The 3 park universal ticket and 3 park seaworld ticket. Then buy a separate admission ticket for legoland. I recommend American Attractions - they seem cheapest plus theyre currently doing extra £5 off

You haven't said how often you go to each, but we buy 14 days for Disney and 14 for Universal. We then start one on day one and the other on day 3 or whenever we like. Just so one lasts till the end of the holiday. Ultimate freedom! cant comment on legoland though. I dont know whether the above mentioned people are on the DIBB list (see top of page). Otherwise last post might be banned

I'd find 14 day Disney passes would leave too many unused days, and may not be best value - dependign on the price differance.

For us, we save a lot by buying Magic Your Way (MYW) tickets with water parks. Bes tprice for these was Orlando Attractions.

First year we bought a 7 day pass (7 days at a Disney Park, and 7 Days at Waterparks / Disney Quest). We used 5 days in parks and 2 in water parks.

This year we bought a 4 day pass, so saving was bigger, but flexibility less. We just did one day in each park.

A MYW ticket might save you some money, especially if you do a plan! If you don't want to plan, and/or the cost of a 14 day ticket isn't much more, then that's best bet.

Can you go back to a park with those, be it the same day or another day?

On same day you can go back to same park and only use one day of you allocation.

You cannot go to different park on same day (unless you pay extra for park hopping option).

You can go back to same park later in holiday, and use another days allocation.

As noted above, Magic Your Way tickets could save you some money, but it really depends on how many days you are planning to spend in Disney Parks. From the Orlando Attractions website link at top of the page:

2013 14 Day Ultimate Tickets (14 days unlimited access to all theme & water parks with park hopping) for £252A/£232C

Magic Your Way Plus tickets - same number of admissions to water parks, Disneyquest etc as park admissions, no park hopping (£ price based on $1.55=£1):

3 day $311.00 £200.65
4 day $311.00 £200.65
5 day $346.00 £223.23
6 day $346.00 £223.23
7 day $346.00 £223.23
8 day $361.00 £232.90
9 day $361.00 £232.90
10 day $371.00 £239.35

If you are travelling with young children, it would be better to get the 14 day Ultimate as this would give you much more flexibility e.g. allow you to leave the parks early if needed, but then return on another day (or evening), whereas the MYW tickets would quickly use up the admissions on a number of half-day visits.

However, also to note that with the MYW Plus tickets, you can visit a theme park and water park on the same day, which would use up one park and one "plus" admission.

Same company also offer the "THE REAL STEAL #1 2013 - WDW Ultimate/Universal 2 Park (COMBO)" for £347A - separate tickets, one of which could be activated in advance to cover you for all 16 days.

Possibly add in a one day SW ticket at $75 (2012 prices) plus a Legoland Ticket and see what the total price drops out at.

We tend to buy the Ultimate tickets. Not only does this mean we can get free DDP when offered, but as we tend to plan on being in one park during the day, after our evening meal we can call into another park to see the evening/night shows (such as Fantasmic at HS or Illuminations at EPCOT).
