I really think it will be the evening we hit the tired wall so may have been a waste. BOMA I've had on my list for years so will be nice to finally do it.

I think so. The appetisers don't really appeal. The characters look good but I have a gut feeling that's it's not for us.

I really wanted to stay at AKL but the girls didn't like the look of it on YouTube.( I had a bit of a strop about it) It will be really nice to have a look around.

We absolutely loved Boma when we went 18 months ago. It has some of the best soups. Lots of very different food items. I'm sure you'll love it.

Loving the pre trippy. Definitely made me feel full just reading it.
Sorry to hear there has been more deterioration. Hope the specialist can help. I’m sure you will love mama Melrose though.
I know what you mean about tim tracker. Almost every time we watch it our plans change. SB does look like a marmite situation though

Thank you. Always somewhere we have wanted to try. Any recommendations meat wise?

Thank you. I'm not sure there is anything we can do. We might just get some confirmation if it's got worse or not.

I try not to watch to many videos but DW watches them all

A mini update.

The bl***dy loft extension and house alterations we expected to start late Jan early Feb are to begin 3rd week in March.

We have two builders and the first started another job delaying us. We will definitely be away whilst they are doing the work.

Whether ir not this will be a good or bad thing I've no idea! I'm trying not to think about it!

So a few changes have been made from the original plan. I've already posted previously that we've ditched Sci Fi due to concerns of the lighting for Evie, ditched Storybook Dining as what Tim Tracker and Jen says goes according to DW. Mama Melrose and Boma have been added as the replacements.

What I haven't said is that my usual Raglan Road doubts have crept in.

I just don't know what it is about this place but I always cancel it as I'm unsure about it. I've read recent reports that the food is in decline there. I'm not canceling yet but I've put a Mouse Dining reservation alert to try and bag an adr at Chef Art Smith's. I've also booked Planet Hollywood via the website(no need for credit card unlike booking via Disney) We also have the Landry Card for T Rex so we are keeping our options open and will probably decide whilst there.

Also mentioned earlier in posts The Sugar Factory has been booked. This can be done via Open Table.

I've also been looking at food courts for the dreaded shopping day. I need something to keep my thoughts away from my personal hell of the Outlet Malls.

There is a few other places like NYPD Pizza, Beth's Burgers, Fords and Culvers that have forced themselves into the plans. I have the list at the beginning but anything non Disney or Universal will be subject to see on the day!

My final booking has also been done. This again is a first for us and somewhere we've wated to do before but never have. We have booked the Despicable Me character breakfast at Royal Pacific Resort. This is every Saturday and we just so happen to be staying there then so why the hell not! This is an 8am reservation before we hit the parks!

That's all for now.

George

Glad you have added Boma to your list! 👌 The Despicable Me breakfast sounds great - can't wait to read about this one, may tempt me to book it for August 😄
