DLP package by air in June from NW England
Hi
One of the girls from work has asked me where to look for the best prices for a package deal by air for 2 nights ( I will convince her to go for 3 or 4) It would be 2 adults one child I think going from somewhere near Preston. To my knowledge they are non-drivers Anyone any ideas ? Thanks |

Package deals are seldom cheaper than booking each thing separately.
I would book travel online then do hotels thro disney. From preston they are probs looking at flights from Manchester or possibly Liverpool Fly be,air France and jet 2 all go to CDG from Manchester. At the moment there are 2 nights free on some dates, so 4 nights will cost the sme as 2 in on site hotels. |

Flights are often rubbish times - allow for getting from CDG to DLP. Best way is the TGV train which takes 10 min but you have to allow time to get to the platform.
Weekdays are cheaper - maybe travel Mon and home Fri. By the time they get there on Mon most of the day will be gone anyway, and depending on flight times they may only have half a day Friday. So that would give 3 full days in the parks.

Thanks for your advice. I am very much a do it yourself man, but think they prefer a package. Think paying upfront may be an issue too. Great tips 're airlines and how to get from airport

You can pay a deposit booking with DLP - just give them a call.
As for flights, make sure it's Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG). The others are a loooooong way away.

We have got cracking flights from Birmingham, we take off 5pm land at 7:40pm(perfect seeing as though we get married day before) and then return is 6:30, land at 7 I think.
There were loads of flights from Birmingham via air France. And it was £300 for all 3 of us for all flights inc taxes!xx |

We booked a package through easyjet holidays and got a very good deal. Also you boy need to pay deposit (equivalent of flight costs) and then pay balance 2 weeks before departure.
