Had a read through the book and it doesn't really say anything about how much fat to have i'm going to some exercise just now and work my butt off! Weighed again this morning and that pseky 2lbs is still there booo!

Thanks for taking the time kel to tell me what you would normally eat, hopefully i can try and work my food around what your eating and go from there!

Oh just finished a cake today, was a toughy and taken me all week, couldn't figure out how to make the card stand! Hoping the birthday girl likes it!

liz hope it all gets sorted soon, im having few problems too with one of dannys sisters shes just being so so negative about the whole wedding every i say or do its a negative comment back and never speaks to us or makes an effort. i tried to arrange to go look at bridesmaid dresses but she wont come. she also doesnt like the colour of the bridesmaid dresses i have picked either. i thought i was being nice asking them to be bridesmaids wish i hadnt bothered!
sounds like you had a bad time too kel with your moh (luckerly my sister is my moh!) how rude to say that in a text when you didn't know. i don't understand ppl sometimes! .

Ok Kel, i'm having a look at protein shakes and their really confusing me, ones i've looked at have only got 2g net carbs but say they are for body builders? i need help!

On the plus side I've just finished the kate combat DVD and severely puffed out! Need to pop out for some bits and bobs as got nothing to eat in the house, only had an atkins daybreak bar.

Was reading through the atkins book and it says i can eat 2 atkins bars a day, i'm not sure what ones it means but it says as long as its in the correct phase (says on the box) then i can eat them, althought the endulge choco bars are not on this phase lol so will avoid them, am really liking the daybreak bars though only a hint of chocolate yet still yummy!

Kim - quickie message for you - just totalled my fat so far (including tea ) and i'm up to 65g of fat already without supper. Will reply later on other posts and read them, just got in from mum and dads day has run away with

My stirfry is taking ages so I thought I'd look at my fat for mon - thurs, on those days it ranges from 20g to 31g fat in total for each day. Today's is a lot higher as I'm having pesto and that's 30g alone!

Kim, I'm sorry I'm such a tool! Today's fat is 40g for me as I've added the whole stirfry in and Alex is having half, doh!
