######, shouldnt have Googled that as i know who wins now! Ill have to get that mag Nat cause there is no way shes a size 8 in these pics ive seen, nearer a 16/18 id say. I always wondered with Ashley how she is going to get rid of the excess skin cause if you see her on BL now shes thinner, yes, but her arms have hanging skin on them so i wonder if shes had surgery? Ill go and Google some more, see if i can find more pics cause she looks quite bigish to me still.

Sorry to hear you're poorly...I had larryngitis with my flu over Christmas so I know how rubbish and frustrating it is! I never bother with lozenges etc as I find they actually dry my throat out and make me feel worse! Best thing is plenty plenty of cold water and rest. Zero cals! Hope you feel better soon but like I said, better now than in 2 weeks! I know it's not part of the plan but you need to make sure you eat properly to get better, now is not the time to worry about dieting

OMG Kel countdown - under 20 days!

I googled too, but didn't find winner thankfully. Just got the programme on now. She looked about a 16 to me too in the pic I found. I feel for her because her arms have so much excess skin.
The operation for that is vile though. My old Cambridge diet lady had it done and had so many problems. Got lots of infections ad her scars were horrendous. Not sure what I'd do in that situation.

About to take wrap off, do measurements and weigh, then shower and get ready. Didn't bother with tan, too tired, so went to be bed.

Hi ladies, apologises for my absence again! I have been trying to read post but then dont have time to reply and hate using my phone! Having loads of proba with broadband at home just now so actually havnt switched the lap top on for weeks!

Kel sorry your feeling poorly, I woke up like that yesterday and feel worse today :o(
Problem is I have my 10k run on Sunday so hope I'm feeling better by then!

Natalie I'm so proud of your running and hmad your enjoying it! I've been doing quite a bit and it does get easier and I too have the same vision of me becoming a skinny runner!

Liz, good luck with your fitting. Can't believe your wedding is so close! I'm majorly jealous about the cake testing!

Kim glad your back in the zone. Let me know how you find that diet as a few people at work are doing it. Id be interested to see how much you loose each day. I'd love to try it but just like my carbs too much!

As for me I've been doing really well with exercise! Started getting boxing personal training and I love it! After my first session of 30 minutes I honestly felt like i was gona pass out and had the shakes but it's getting easier and j lost 4pm this week!
Also been running as I have my 10k on Sunday...Which I am starting tk panic about! Did it last year but run and walked where as this year I wanted to run the full way and smash my time (I'm 2 stir lighter than last year) but so far I've only managed about 4 miles constant running and now I have this cold! Any way I'm just gona go for it and try and push my self. Going for a final run tonight so I'l see how I get on!

Kel I agree with you about BL, after this weeks I said to Gordon that ash and mike were at it! I woildnt have paired her with Koli! Can't believe that Sione has
