Extra bathroom or games room?

With kids, a games room.

They will not care one jot for an extra bathroom but they will love a games room.

When you going as you may find that you will use the games room more in the winter. But I would still say games room

Daft question but have you not seen one with 3 bathrooms and a games room, games rooms tend to be a standard feature of private rentals these days.

If not then the games room for the kids would be my choice.

I would have to say bathrooms! When we went in 2008 with my DSis and her family we had 3 boys between us, aged 16, 14 and 12. I thought they'd love the games room but they hardly used it - we didn't used to get back in the evening til 9 ish or later and by that time they weren't bothered. They did however love the novelty of having their own bathroom

This is Florida as such you should be getting lots of bathrooms and a Games room. Do a villa request and list your requirements you will not be disappointed.

How many are you and how old are the kids?
If there is really a lot of you then maybe the extra bathroom
If the kids are older(not toddlers) I would say the gamesroom , but check ..are you going in the summer ..if so has it got AC?
I would have thought it quite easy to find a villa with 3 bathrooms and a gamesroom ...
how about you put a request on the Dibb for your dates and number in party and see what you get?
My grandchildren and their dad! love the gamesroom , as do so many others who visit the villa!
