What do you look for in a Villa?

South facing pool - not overlooked, ideally with lake view
Covered lanai
Enough sun loungers for us to have one each
TVs in bedrooms
Prefer garage to games room
Safe

ABSOLUTELY NO green or navy carpet, can't believe these haven't been updated, it is horrible and we ignore them completley.

Unoverlooked to the rear pool.

Hot tub

Games room

Quality modern furnishings.

I love a galleried landing, but not a deal breaker.

Distance to Disney.

Firstly location then S/SW facing pool.
Gated or guarded community if possible.
Two double bedrooms.
Nice lanai with adequate loungers.
Ceiling fans (especially in the bedrooms).
Well kept and clean (accommodation and linen etc).

3. Resort facilities
