I decided I am going to support Irish cancer charity ARC as they helped my DH when he was ill with specialized counselling. I am going to start each month with 10, so 30 euro guaranteed and give 2 euro for every pound loss!

My first weigh in this morning - 1 pound lost ! It’s a loss so that’s good - 1 pound a week will do me, slow and steady. Need to get my steps ups though, weather has been rubbish so I’ve not been out walking as much as even the dogs don’t like the rain 😄

7lb loss this week but I have been ill with a sick bug all weekend, hopefully the kick start I need. DD lost 2lb which she is pleased with.
