Until I watched this series I was not a great Miriam Margolyes fan hut I did enjoy this series and her in it.

We’ve watched all her programmes. I actually really like her, she definitely has her opinions but also seems very kind.

She lives near me (as you know) on a road you know very well indeed ... she is a friend of a friend and she is known yo be a good local lady that visibly support loads of local projects . That gets my vote for being a good one ☝️

Oh really, that road!

I found a gentler caring side of her in this series where previously I found her aggressive and angry.

I can imagine she would be a good charity supporter but donut her way or no way

We loved this when we saw it, I thought she came across really well and was genuinely pleased to meet the people she did and hear their stories.

I think she is great, very direct but her heart is in the right place.

We recently watched her American series - only seen her in interviews and HP before. Thought she was really good in that - very direct, but willing to accept different views and see that things were not quite as she saw them.
Wish we could see the Australia one, but we can’t get iplayer here. When is it on live?

I used to really like her in the Marigold Hotel thingy in India. She was always so caring about the rest of the group but had some great banter with them. Will have to watch this.
I wasn't never a great TV watcher until all of this happened but I am really enjoying some of the programmes I have seen on here. Thanks for the suggestions.
