It is very hard and you, me and everyone has a right to winge all they like and not be looked down Upton for doing so - That is why MH issues are so prevalent at the moment - if you feel sad, down, put upon then it is VERY important to talk about it - it’s healthy to do so. Its not healthy for being made to feel bad for moaning at all.

I bought an 80’s cd and play it in our gym/shed. Whenever I am working out and this song comes on it makes me smile and sing out loud (in between sweating and panting)

Megaflyer, anyone with MH issues has a genuine reason to feel down and is definitely not in the category of a whinger.

We have a family member who suffers badly with MH and has even tried to take her own life a number of times and she is a lovely lady but struggles so much and has had an unhappy life as a result.

I went to M&S for my shopping fix and didn’t fancy anything so bought some choc au pains and some stuff for dinner for the kiddos! Stay safe and happy everyone (I need to follow my own advice)
