Where is your hotel in NYC?

What I mean is how easy to get the subway and then walk to the hotel. If the difference, after factoring in the price per person of using the subway isn’t massive, I’d opt for the easy option of being collected at JFK and dropped at the door of the hotel

Hi, our hotel is the Riu Plaza near Times Square, I will definitely look into all options to see which is easiest and suits us best👍

We took the air train to Jamaica Station then the subway, it was very cheap and easy to navigate. On our last trip there were 4 of us but our eldest son had his wheelchair which doesn’t fold, we went to the taxi stand and the controller radioed for a larger cab which definitely would have held 5 plus luggage.

We have only been once and had 2 of our nephews with us. We wanted to really treat them so had a private transfer. I can’t remember who. If it was just the 2 of us we would make our own way using train and subway as long as we didn’t have a lot of luggage.

We just do Uber- no issues. I want to jump in a cab and have someone else do the work when arriving at JFK unless I’m picking up a car.

I have stayed there, it's lovely. The nearest stop if you are using the NYCAirporter is Port Authority Bus Terminal. The hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from there.

There was only 2 of us so we used a Shared Van Transfer as it was £17 each in advance.
