Don’t tell them that they will change it.

Yes but this is YouTube not Creators. The money earned directly from YouTube is small and reducing

YouTubers earn quite a large amount. Tim and Jen tracker don’t have to work now because their income is entirely from YouTube, same with a few other people. Like the Saccone Joly’s and Emily Norris to name a couple.

Actually most creators have other forms of support. Patrion for instance. Sponsorship as well. The money made solely from YouTube to a not as much as you think. It is also getting smaller and the rules getting tighter. You need a lot and I mean a lot of viewers to earn anything close enough to live on. Even then extra support is good

Yes I’m aware, I follow a few influencers are they are known. The ones that are big on YouTube, like the trackers and the Saccone Jolys do make good money on it though, yeah some of them do other stuff on the side, but there are ones that have a large income from YouTube and other social media. There is a website where you can view how much money they can earn from each YouTube video, so I’ve seen the amounts they get.

Yes! It's really distracting, as it interrupts the flow (and the ads are always louder) ...and very off-putting.

I watched a Bucket List Family video yesterday. The video itself was heavily sponsored. There were ads at the start (which I let run) and then, if I remember correctly, 4 more ad breaks -- and all for a 20 minute video!

Complain to the creators. I complained on a creator I follow Twitter account. Others agreed with me and they changed it.
It does make some unwatchable.

As to money. You need a thousand viewers to even think about making any money, let alone a living. You can make a living but it not the norm. Even when you do get enough to earn a living it could all fall around your ears with a small run of low views.

I used to really like Pin, but as you say, its all blooming adverts, sign up for this or that, plus the Pin you click on rarely leads to your chosen 'pages
Drives me nuts

There's a YouTube Premium account for £12 a month, then a family version which allows 5 YouTube accounts ad free viewing for £18

There's also the music only account for £10 apparently.
