Nothing really, maybe a slightly bigger garden.

However whoever designed the upstairs was nuts.
We have a landing window 8 feet wide and a dead space that is big enough to take a 3 piece suite.

However it would be an ideal area to put a spiral staircase in to gain loft access.

I would move my kitchen sink to under the window, it's weird as it's on the back wall

Get rid of the back garden. We are slap bang in the middle of a Crescent, can hardly see the end of the garden

4 things - all too be looked for once we buy a house.
- I hate that our front door opens to our lounge, need a hallway!
- I don’t like stairs in the lounge, hard to keep the heat in, in the winter and it’s noisy.
- we don’t have a door on our kitchen, I don’t know why - there’s a door frame! It’s the noise again for me. End up with the TV on stupidly loud without realising.
- mid terrace. The walls are SO thin, we were woken up by the neighbours at 5.45am yesterday, you can hear conversations if our telly isn’t on. Mum and dad are in a Semi and you definitely can’t hear as much from their neighbours.

That it was cheap enough for us to buy before it’s put up for sale in Feb 😭 we’re working on it!
Other than that it needs a new garage door and front door. Other wise it’s perfect for our family

I wish we had a separate utility room. We have a kitchen & a big lounge/dining room and although the kitchen is a decent size it doesn’t fit a table or breakfast bar. If we had a utility room we could have seating in the kitchen. But other than that I am happy with our house.

We moved to our 'forever home' this summer and still in the honeymoon period, but things I'd change but can't, slightly bigger garden and not be overlooked from the back of the house, what I can change and do is I'd love to decorate it's all white at the moment but we've spent so much this year and I'm so exhausted from it all (we had to move temporarily into rented) I just don't want to think about home improvements atm! I do love our house though, just trying to adjust to a new area, gone from village to town which is a different lifestyle, but hopefully better for the kids as teenagers.

This was our first home bought together and we don't intend to live here forever. But I would definitely want a downstairs loo and a driveway in our next house.

I wish we’d put in a 4th bedroom when renovating. Although, I only wish that now that I’m currently working from home full time. I guess the reality is that we’re probably better off with 3 big bedrooms.

Our driveway is also very steep, but hoping we can address that and widen it after some saving!

Other than that I love it. We only have a small garden, but we love the location and that outweighs it for us.
