Boots contact number?
Does anyone have a number for boots to speak to someone, i'm pulling my hair out. None of the numbers on the website that are relevant are working, the general one takes ages to connect and then is just engaged and another one just doesn't connect at all.
I spoke to someone a few days ago about my order and its still not arrived and still not tracked on royal mail and i'm getting a bit concerned of its whereabouts as I needed the stuff in it. Shouldn't be this difficult!

We, too, are waiting for a delivery from Boots. The package is now showing in Glasgow after sitting somewhere in England from Monday morning. Tried to get through to them all day yesterday with absolute no success. Have a read of Twitter, it seems there are huge numbers of people with problems with their orders. Hope you get your order soon.

Its just rubbish isn't it!
 Hope you get yours too... certainly puts me off ordering with them again. Normally I do click and collect but I'm sure it wasn't an option.

All of the number are here - boots/contact-us
I expect the phone lines are very busy as a knock-on effect of Royal Mail issues. Any parcels I've ordered that are being delivered DPD, Hermes and DHL are arriving promptly but Royal Mail have stated they're running behind. |

We thought we might get it this morning but the post has just arrived and it's not there.
Click and collect wasn't available for us either. Definitely won't be ordering anything online from them again and I have asked them to refund the delivery charge I paid via an email I sent them yesterday.

i've been trying the number ending 090 all morning, only just got through so now waiting to get through that long wait. Before it was just getting engaged or not connecting. I understand it may be delayed, its the worry that I wait forever for that and then discover its gone awol and have to start all over again.. don't have time!

just read through some of the twitter comments, i'm now really doubtful its ever going to come.. its at what point you give up and have to reorder elsewhere, then have the hassle of arguing for a refund.. sigh.

One part of my boots order was very late, I contacted them on Facebook messenger, took them a while to reply but it worked and the parcel arrived a couple of days after x
