Shop Disney are a Disgrace

Just went to order a hoody from Shop Disney this morning and they have stopped shipping to N.Ireland. I went to on line help and the CM told me I was not part of the UK ...when I explained I was he said NO YOU ARE NOT. I also rang them they were totally useless . They use Hermes they still operate here and we have Royal Mail dont see what the problem is

I noticed a few companies saying they don't deliver to NI, I am amazed at how many people don't reali NI is part of the UK. Esp in our local post office x

I had an issue with M&S earlier in the year too...its supposed to be a British company! I had an order from Shop disney a week ago... I dont see what's changed

I wonder if they had got their systems ready for a no deal - would this have made a difference - I'm not sure?

I have no idea! Its a world wide company you would think they could sort it!

I didn't see it in the news... we have had normal deliveries ...the Courier Disney uses is still operating and I had a delivery last week
