I find the rooms at Disney aren’t that luxurious really. It’s more the resort theming, amenities and distance to the park. The room we had at POFQ was quite light as it was a corner room with 2 windows and looked out over the river. I do think POFQ is a good choice from the moderate range, WL is the only one I have stayed at from the deluxe.

We had a good room at POFQ... not looking out to the river though!

But within 2.5 mins max we were at the main building. Loved the quaint little streets and the building theming.

DS loved throwing the tokens in the fountain when you first walk in.

Just everything about it we fell in love with and albeit deluxe are supposed to be better, I am concerned we won't have the same 'home' feeling staying in another resort!

Example being SSR. We didn't like this resort one bit... would much rather stay in one of the values than SSR.
