We had numerous hotels booked with them; some paid for with Expedia credit. All hotels booked were actually refundable (paid extra when booking as was initially worried about red tide). All cancelled via the app and refunded within a few days. Had to use online chat to get the credit reinstated but this was done straight away. They were straightforward cancellations but were all dealt with swiftly.

I can’t comment on flights but we had our hotel only booked with Expedia, we cancelled online and had a refund in a few days.
