Virgin Atlantic September Manchester flights

Can anyone tell me if they are on the Virgin Atlantic direct flights to Orlando on the 27th September 2020 or has it been cancelled

We were due to fly 26th September from Manchester and got an email about 2 weeks ago from Virgin cancelling the flights. Gutted

Virgin have cancelled all flights up to the 6th October. So should be.

With the news that they could run out of money in September if they aren't permitted to pre-pack by the courts, i don't expect Virgin will be flying in September and may be finding it difficult to get any grace from their creditors to fly at the moment after that news was disclosed as they'll fear they won't get paid at all.

I was due to fly 29th September from MAN. Didn't receive an email or anything from then - just noticed the flight had disappeared from my bookings on the app. I got in touch via WhatsApp and they confirmed all flights to MCO are cancelled up til 6th October.

Why suggest its to do with financial issues ? - USA borders are closed to UK travellers and FCO advice is also against it - surely a much more obvious reason for no flights currently or in the foreseeable future ?

They are operating a few flights to the Caribbean - but again these arent really very viable for tourists due to the covid protocols in place.
