We have used them once before and are using them again this year. They are picking us up from Disney All Star Music to our hotel on I Drive didn't want car for first week so getting picked up for 2nd half of Holiday then to airport at end.
Worked out great as we will use the Magical Express from airport and so it solves sorting out a transfer back to airport.

The gentleman who collected me for the return trip was marvellous though.

On balance I wouldn't use them again. Since then when I was in a similar situation I stayed at the Hyatt hotel within the airport and collected the car next morning. That cost less than the extra charged by COTD.

Surely he must know by now how long immigration can take? Perhaps he had just had a bad day lol, still I will see what the set up is all like in a few days time 😉
