Avis exchange row

Arrived late last night. Had booked a Buick Verona through the Avis/bad deal. Was allocated an Altima with 3500 miles on the clock. Had a look at the exchange row, swopped for a hyundia sante fe, other cars in exchange row were similar to the one we had originally been offered

If you are a prefered customer your car will be waiting in an allocated bay for you when you arrive.

There will also be a row of cars not many in a row clearly marked Exchange.
If you are not entirely happy with your allocated car you can take one from the exchange row free of charge,
So if there is a better car you can take it.
At the barrier on the way out the attendant will update your paperwork.

There is also an upgrade row, you can pick a car from this row but BEWARE you pay the upgrade price showing in the tag hanging from the mirror.
But you can still grab a cheap upgrade if you so wish

If you have the Avis app on your phone andriod or ios you can even do this before you even reach the garage.
It will show your allocated car and also show you what is in the exchange row you can choose to swap on the way to the garage.

I did see the paid for upgrade row as it was just opposite the exchange row. Was rather tired after a long day and 3 flights but did notice that it contained some nice cars e.g. A couple of Mercedes jeeps, bmws etc when I exchange the car in 2 weeks time I will take more notice and some photos
