Oh Lordy that is crazy. I get the concept of spreading the work out and having stuff sent to different offices but why two kids from the same address couldn't be allocated the same office seems very pedantic of them!

we had that last year - we renewed 3 passports, 2 went to one office and the 3rd had to go to a different one. I'm sure someone knows what they're doing and why they do it but it didn't make much sense to me!

I renewed mine and my sons passports a few weeks ago and sent them both in the same envelope, I only filled out one debit card sheet too with the total amount on. Came back fine literally 3 days later.
I don't think I even checked the envelopes to make sure they had same address on, just bunged them in together.

I sent DD first, DD renewal and DH renewal all together in same envelope. No probs at all. Then I've just renewed mine and Dd'a together again no problems.

I've just packaged DW's Passport up, it has to be sent to Peterborough!

3 Passport renewals, all members of the same family, same home address, and they had to be sent to 3 different addresses'.

Ridiculous...

Did you do them online? That may be the problem. I just filled in both our forms and put them in the post in the same envelope.

I had this last week. Was lucky i checked the second form for the return address as I almost sent them both to the same address in Liverpool. I presumed it was because one was an under 16 and the other was over 18 but maybe not.

Why is it ridiculous and pathetic? I don't get it, I helped my folks do theirs recently and they went to 2 sites, it wasn't really an issue. It's just a stamp...
