Transport to Disney Car Care Centre

Hi all

If I am staying at AKL and just wanted to hire a car for a few days would I need to get a taxi from the resort to the Car Care Centre or is there a Disney bus that would take me there?

Many thanks

There is a free Alamo shuttle bus, well a minivan actually!
However if you want a definitive pick up time ring them the day before as they get busy. They will collect you from wherever you like on Disney property and they drop you where you like on the return of the car.
Freephone from your room or the lobby.

The DCCC runs a shuttle to pick people up. You need to book it the day before - I got the reception at POR to book ours when we were there last year.
When you drop the car off, they will then take you anywhere you want to go on Disney property

No, not hiring this year as only planning 1 day out to the Vineland outlets and Escapology, so just going to use Uber

Haven't seen a bad post about Uber. I was very dubious at first but it seems I was wrong. Not too long for you now.

Yes, it's coming around fast. You'll be heading out again not long after we get back by the looks of it

Yes all 3 trips booked up. Taking the Granddaughter as well in August. I was trying to get my Wife to do a 1 week trip there in March as I found a great deal for Virgin PE flights. I have been told No!

An odd questions about the Alamo pick up/drop off bus... do you tip them as well? I usually tip everyone in US but just wondering if people do this?
