Disney Car Care Centre advice

Concierge can call for you - they did for me. We were the only people on the Alamo bus, previous times we picked up at one other hotel. Great service.

We are collecting our car from the airport but dropping it back to the Disney care centre 14 days later... Do we just go as a family drop the car off then get alamos shuttle back to hotel or to a park?

Yes you do or you can go alone. But, if you don't pre book the return 'bus' you may have a long wait.

We are only booking a car or a day, would you book the return at the time you book the pick up or when you collect the car? (We will be going to a park from the DCCC.)

We've hired twice from the DCCC and never booked the bar return bus and never waited more than five minutes. The bus to the DCCC was more problematic. We rang the night before and the earliest pick-up time was 10am.

I would book it for the return at time of collection of the car. No waiting for a phone to be answered etc.

I'm pretty sure we didn't book the return bus ( we actually went to DS) it was just waiting after we handed back the keys.
We did have an issue getting to DCC from the resort though - forgot to book the night before and the shuttles were only going at fixed times - I think 8.30 and 10.30.

For our DCCC pick-up from CBR it was a specific pick-up time - it was hourly on the half hour e.g. 6.30 / 7.30 / 8.30 etc. so you will need to factor this in if you plan on collecting at a certain time (they'll confirm the slots available when you phone up to reserve).

They will pick you up from reception, rather than your island, but it's very efficient and doesn't take too long to go through when you arrive (no real hard sell at the desk).

Drop off back to CBR is ad-hoc when you drop the car off - we were only ones there and guy brought us back straight away and even drove us back to our room, rather than drop off at reception. (we couldn't pre-book return, not sure if that's changed since)
