We were there for 36hrs, had breakfast and tea at the Gondelier and lunch at the Bait. Lunch was a tad more expensive but we were on a pier out in the in the Marina!

Try the Beach Shanty for breakfast, its really good.

For dinner you've got the try Frenchy's South Beach or Frenchy's Rockaway Grill. Both great value and good food

We stayed in the Hilton on the beach and right opposite at the back of the Hilton was a cafe that the locals used that did a great breakfast and was very reasonably priced.
Also can recommend Clearsky Cafe for evening meals had a lovely reasonably priced meal in there .

The Beach Shanty is at the back of the Hilton, so I bet it's that one

Is the Gondolier still on the go?

I remember going there as far back as i think 1997, and definitely 1998. we used to stay in The Islander Motel which was across the road from it beside the Police station. It's now been knocked down and replaced with condos.

Yep, well it was in February! The Italian/Greek mix works well. We really enjoyed our meals.

Another vote for Gondalier. Really good value.
Plus shanty cafe ( across from Hilton ) excellent place for breakfast/lunch.
Bait house at the bottom of the marina, a very different place to eat and drink, but definitely worth a lunch time visit!
