divorced wanting to get married in florida

hi ,have been reading lots of comments about getting married in florida.we are thinking of getting married at the osceola courthouse on the day we go for our license.we are both divorced,what do we need to take with us.does anyone know if you can take pictures in the courthouse(room where the ceremony takes place)we will have another couple with us who can be our witnesses.thanks

We got married there, unless divorced, as you are, you just need your passports, you will both need to take your decree absolute, so just those two things, passports & decree absolutes, you can take pictures in the room also you don't actually need witnesses there

I think it depends on how long you have been divorced as both myself and DH have been married before and neither of us had to show our decree absolutes.

We married in our Cape Coral home in 2004. Hubs had been divorced since 1992 and his decree was buried somewhere in the loft, so we didn't take it, we had no issues.

DH & I were both divorced when we married in Florida. We just had to fill in the date our previous marriages ended when completing the licence application form. Besides the form, we just needed our passports.
