A few days outside Orlando?

Hello all

We are due to return again in September, and have 2-3 free days we would like to spend outside of Orlando. We are not adverse to driving and spent four amazing days in Key West last year but would like to explore other areas. We have also done Clearwater in the past. Anyone have any recommendations? Considering Anna Maria Island but open to other ideas. Thanks!

My mum last year went to St Augustine and gave it a raving review so have a look.
My boyfriends whole family also go to Anna Maria and literally go there every year and don't look back...

I'm biased but St Augustine is our favorite place in Florida.

I would also recommend St Augustine. Lots to do without the bustle of Orlando.

I would also suggest Savannah.
Its beautiful and poles apart from the tourist spots of Orlando, I absolutely loved it, walking through all the historic squares ghost tours etc .
