We have done it twice in december now and its was brilliant, with all the christmas stuff going on. We walked everywhere, didn't wear coats as we were layered up with thermals and hoodies, plenty warm enough. Its a really lovely time of year to go. I would like to try spring or autumn but really I think if I were to book again it would be Christmas but we then fly down to Florida for some sunshine after 😉
