united airlines refund help
I have heard today that our internal flights from NYC to LAs Vegas next week are not going to be refunded by United Airlines. They have said instead we can rebook within 12 months. does anyone know where i stand on this? The flight was not part of a package and with it being in the US, its not ABTA covered!
The firm my hubby works for has just shut down and so it is unlikely we will be going on holiday now for a while let alone in the next 12 months. We need every penny that we have paid back as we re not sure when the next pay is coming in now!
