I am going to have to do this as we have just cancelled the Disney part of our holiday and DH said due to fact I have asthma thinks it is to bigger a risk to take. DD said that they want to wait until next year now as well. So need to cancel them just want to wait a few days, wish I could just send them an email like Disney to cancel but could not find one just saves bothering them at what must be a busy time right now.

As Ops regarding FC miles and taxes, but you do not normally get your CC seat upgrade back. In the current circumstances this may be different, but...

Thanks all. It’s a reward seat rather than an upgrade so looks like we will get it all back. Just need to see how much we will end up losing on the rest of the holiday. Hoping things will work out so the insurance covers it all, but who knows?

Does anyone know how long it take to get the points back into your account?

I’ve boosted the flight and used a upgrade voucher, not sure how they will work all that once I’ve changed the flight?

It’s so complicated! 😐

I'm same, would be good to know, obviously Virgin are busy dealing with flights leaving soon

I’m the same and boosted. Upper class upgrade reward too. Just wish I could get it cancelled now.

I am the same I have cancelled the Disney Hotel but just want to cancel the flight the seat were were just airmiles. Hopefully next year will be able to rebook.

It looks like I can cancel my flights on the app it’s just I want to know that I’ll get the booster and upgrade voucher back which I’m not sure it will?

I would move my dates but there’s no chance of getting through to them anytime soon!

I spoke to VA via their text service and they are still charging the £30 pp change fee for reward flight cancellations. I think they are only waiving the fee if you postpone.

Didn’t really want to lose the fees as there’s 4 of us but now I saw on the bbc news channel that they are applying for a bail out so it may just be easier to cancel and lose the fees.
