We watched an episode of Hill Street Blues last night and it had aged better than we thought. Also have caught some St Elsewhere which wasn't too bad either!

I've just finished watching life on Mars they were rerunning at weekend on uktv drama and I really enjoyed them, ashes to ashes the follow on starts from this weekend.
Id happilly watch broadchurch again even though I know the plot, cutting it was good a few years back, Dr Foster again, I admit to not watching killing eve think I need to jump on that horse.
Used to love ER a daily dose of Dr Ross yes please.
Love stuff that makes me laugh, the royle family, benidorm, only fools and horses, most older stuff better than the new mush they churn out nowadays lol

I liked all those in the day , why don’t you was probably first program I watched and realised people didn’t all have a Yorkshire accent like mine... loved it when they filmed in Ireland I loved the accent, still do

This is the thing, there are a lot of alternatives to the free channels but we need something lighthearted and maybe just one off episodes of things to fill the routine programmes that will not be aired.
We already have things like Only Fools and Horses on UK Gold.
Some of the older programmes would not be allowed to air now, like Till Death Us Do Part and Love Thy Neighbour.
Some Touch Of Frost or Cracker would suit me fine .
