I work in insurance underwriting for offshore Energy. I do risk modelling for a number of syndicates. All my clients are home working now and I will start next week after my isolation for a cough. I'm not sure I will cope working at home as my husband will drive me mad Haha. My husband works for the county council in transport planning and he has already started working from home. Only problem for him is our Bengal adores him and wont leave him alone 🤔
We are very lucky to be able to both work from home and have relatively secure jobs. I feel for people seving the communities or with no option to work from home.

I work for a well known talk, broadband and TV company (I’m not permitted to say which one ) , my project is a bit of an exception in the company but I’m expecting that to change as we are a bit of a powerhouse at the moment as even those in quarantine or self excluding can still work.
Most of us consciously aimed at social isolation as soon as we saw where things were heading so our absence level currently is pretty much nil. In many ways not much has changed in our daily Work routine (except we are flat out) so it’s a bit weird like we are looking out at everyone else dealing with massive change. |

I’m knitwear designer, I worked my last day in the office today. Then it’s home working for me. I’m really busy at the moment designing and developing AW20 collections for a number of customers. Hoping the business can weather the storm, and working from home will up my creativity !

I don’t work full time but invigilate for a local school. Would normally be starting towards the end of April with mocks. Obviously we’re not going to be needed for those or the GCSEs but the school I work at do IBs instead of A levels and as far as I know, as of today, they haven’t been cancelled.
DH works for an insurance company and is able to work from home ok. |

I do admin for my family's business (roofing supplies) Always worked from home. Very busy at the office currently. OH works for BT and can't do his role from home. I feel very fortunate that we're both pretty secure in our jobs.

I work in housing for the local council and could WFH before this. I really prefer to be in the office though to mix with colleagues.
OH is a foreman with a civil engineering firm so can’t WFH. |
