Rapid response re refund from WDTC

I couldn't get through on the Flying Club number. There is a long intro and then you get told you will have to wait over 3 hours before you just get cut off.

I tried via the txt service and they wouldn't deal with it because it is further out than 72 hours - we are due to go on June 5th.

I was given an alternative number for "contact centre" when I did text with va. Also I did not put in fc number when prompted as each time I did I got cut off. Could it be putting in fc number triggered the dep date to be checked and thereby cut off? I did get through without inputting fc number and they were incredibly helpful as said b4 no admin fee and full refund for 9 june departure

Just managed to talk to someone who wanted to charge me the £30 pp cancel fee. He said they were only cancelling flights for free up to 31st May

Is it worth saying you know someone whose 9th june flight was canx with no admin fee and can they honour same with you. I def had no admin fee. I jotted contact centre no.on piece of paper and its now in bin. Will go thru later and try and find! Will let u have no. As soon as i find it

When I said I didn't know my friends name, there was just a stunned silence at the other end!

He then said they couldn't help me and I ended the call feeling embarrassed.

I used disneytraveluk@disneyonline and put bkg ref and date of travel. Hope that helps - it saved 2hrs plus on the phone and I have email conf of the cancellation. It is my understanding that all bkgs up to 30 june are changeable/refundable and I am sure I read that tickets for after hours events etc are refundable in the current circumstances but please do check. Worth mentioning it in your cancellation email?

When I clicked on that disney online you put on , all I get is what looks like disney movies and shops,what do you actually go on,I have sent 2 emails to different e mail addresses I have had 1 reply which said they would contact me but that was last week , because I was supposed to pay the rest of the holiday today for May so wanted to get it canceled.Had another go on the phone yesterday but just a recording saying they were only dealing with March at the moment.I might hear from them now I hav'nt paid my balance.
