Live gym class in the living room
Our independent gym is doing live gym classes in the lounge using zoom. I let DS and DH do tonight's as although we have a big lounge three of us would have been a squeeze .
It was really great for the first one, I almost had as much fun watching them doing jump squats and burpees 🤣🤣

My dd is doing online ‘off ice’ classes. I think it’s great. Keeps them moving and connected.

I do hiit step - Our gym closed last Wednesday but after Monday’s class we decided we weren’t going to the gym anymore so I ordered myself a step which came today, so when I finished work I went down into my conservatory and did an online hiit step class OH MY DAYS it floored me! I dunno if it was because I haven’t done a class in a week - though I’ve done 2 really long walks and a Joe Wicks class this weekend - or I just picked a hard one 😂😂

Ours are uploading different classes onto a private Facebook page theyve set up.
Me and ds10 have been doing Joe Wicks every morning

My daughter is doing Joe Wicks before 'school' yesterday also did on online tap & a ballet class
more tap today i think front room now a dance studio :-) |
