i'd seen this earlier and funnily enough saw the title of the thread and the OP and knew what it was going to be before i even opened it but i'm not really surprised as everyone i have spoken to recently has said that after the toilet roll, pasta and tins aisle's the next most empty always seems to be the wine aisle.

There was plenty in Tesco last week, I bought a Chardonnay and a Champagne. Both gifts let me point out.

I see no reason to not drink during the day now! I’m wfh and not going out driving!
My emergency supply of Bailey’s is half gone! One bottle out of two!
I have plenty of wine and champagne, mainly because we don’t drink it! EssexSue can come over and collect from a safe distance if she gets desperate! 😎
