Advice on B12 injection

Given some of the symptoms that a friend of mine develops without her B12 injections, I can’t see how they are classed as non essential.

Text had said they would contact me, so I was being patient in the circumstances. But phoned this afternoon to query it and they had no record of the text, hence not having got a call. Anyway, appointment now booked for Monday, they will just phone a few hours before to check he's well and free of virus symptoms before allowing him in to surgery.
