Honoring Disney Pack if Rebook

Looking for some guidance, as unable to get through to our travel agent and I can't find anything online.

We have booked with virgin holidays due to stay at Port Orleans on 6th May. Due to current situation we have been told our trip most likely won't go ahead and we can postpone or rebook to a different date.

Does anyone known if our package which includes free dining will be fully honored or will be lose the free dining?

Thanks in advance

We don't want to trouble Virgin at this time as we know they will be super busy and prioritising getting people home safely, just wondered if anyone had any experience or information.

Depends, by the book you would have to go this year before FD ends or they may honour it for next year but only if FD is offered but no-one knows definitively- including your TA

We rescheduled ours with Disney yesterday and couldn�t retain free dining because our new dates for December had not previously had this option.

We were able to retain the free Disney gift cards though.

What I have been lead to believe if you intend to reschedule before the free DDP was due to end which is 3rd October than you keep the plan, If you travel after this date then you lose the free DDP.

I'm hoping that Disney might let us transfer to next year when (or if) free dining is offered. If not probably get a refund as already going in October.

I suspect we won�t be going this year so my plan is to wait for free dining for 2021 and see if we can transfer the deposit. I doubt that�s something they would do if no offer on currently for the new dates.
