The white is definitely lily of the valley. My mum had it in Her bouquet too, it seemed really popular in those days.

The lilies do look very small, could they be a white iris? They can also have a tiny bit of yellow on them so would tie in with the gold roses?

Edited to add - white iris blooms in late summer so they would have been in season around this time. I guess in those days all flowers in bouquets were seasonal in this country and not flown in from abroad.

Lily of the valley is not routinely stocked these days. I've phoned several places and all wanted 6 weeks notice. Which seems odd as they must take longer than 6 weeks to grow!

I'll settle for yellow Rose's!

You could always use some imitation lily of the valley for the effect?
But seasonally wouldn’t lily of the valley be out of season this time of year, I had them in my bouquet but that was May 1st 1976...
