By saying DOGS, you are then saying Dibb Old Girls Girls. The DOG's already think they possess everything so please don't encourage them

It's Dibb Old Girls - acronym DOG (or DOGs). The s is on the end of the word girls making it a plural, if it was Dibb Old girl's it would show possession... Dibb Old Girl's what?

It's women's rights, as the rights are owned by the women.

Poor OP is probably regretting coming back to the dibb. I'm often tempted to leave the dibb but I know how upsetting it would be to some many dibbers, so I feel almost duty bound to stay.
