Ikea furniture - missing items

We are in the process of moving home and I bought my daughters a set of Malm drawers which we have now put together.

The only problem is, one of the actual drawers is missing out of the packaging (should be 6 drawer and we only actually have 5 drawers)

Does anyone have any experience with missing Ikea items and what can be done because I really don’t want to have to replace the whole set of drawers which we have already built.

Check their website as I'm sure if you used an IKEA family card you have 365 days to return or possibly some sort of insurance type thing with it.

Ikea have always been really good with any issues we've had in the past. Although we tended to go to the store as we live nearby

We had some bits missing from a day bed which was resolved after a trip to the store. It was a pain to have to go back, but they sorted it fairly quickly.

I needed a small part for a chair I bought second hand. Filled in this form

We had some missing stuff, they turned up in a van. In the back it was like a mini Ikea - fittings for virtually everything they sell. Was impressed with the service!

I got given 2 of the same side of an alex drawer, I popped back and they traded it for the right one for me, I think we popped in and they said to pop back in 30mins and it would be there - so we had a walk round and it was there when we got back!
