Avis car swap line question

Hi

We’ve got a car booked to pick up at Oakland airport in San Francisco- I’m just wondering about the swap line
I’ve checked the Avis site and I’ve attached the information about chiding and going for a daily upgrade price- is this the same for preferred members? Not sure if I’m misunderstanding this!

If you go to the select & go area you can take one from there at no additional

If you take one from the select & go upgrade area, separate from the standard select & go, there will be additional charges.

The upgrade area will have prestige options, i.e the usually bigger more expensive cars
